HOW IS THE JEWELRY MADE?
The Enamel Bits are made by fusing powdered glass to copper.
First I saw, punch, and hammer the copper into shapes, then powdered glass is sifted onto the copper shapes and fired in a 1400º kiln until it melts, flows, and hardens into a smooth, durable surface.
The bubbles, chains, and other metal bits are shaped and fused or soldered using sterling or argentium silver.
Argentium silver (935) is a modern sterling silver alloy which modifies the traditional sterling alloy (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) by replacing some of the copper with germanium. As it contains at least 92.5 silver content, it is still considered sterling silver. Replacing the copper with germanium makes the metal easier to clean and less prone to tarnishing.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
All items will come wrapped in a kraft gift box tied with a simple ribbon.
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope.
Shipping generally takes 2-5 days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me directly to make arrangements.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write on a small gift card.
I currently only ship within the United States. If you are a customer from abroad and would like to make a purchase, please contact me directly and we can discuss shipping options.
DO YOU REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
